Highlands Ranch resident and convicted pervert Brett Edwards is the Owner and Manager of WKLR, LLC. In 2016, while a resident of Evergreen, Brett Edwards was charged on 8 counts of the following sexual felonies, to which he plead guilty:

COUNTS 1, 2, 3 & 4-SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN (F3) 

On or between May 31, 2016 and October 13, 2016, BRETT EDWARDS unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly prepared, arranged for, published, produced, promoted, made, sold, financed, offered, exhibited, advertised, dealt in, or distributed any sexually exploitative material; in violation of section 18-6-403 (3) (b), C.R.S.

COUNTS 5, 6, 7 & 8-SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A CHILD (F5) 

On or between May 31, 2016 and October 13, 2016, BRETT EDWARDS unlawfully, feloniously and knowingly possessed or controlled any sexually exploitative material for any purpose; in violation of section 18-6-403 (3) (b.5), C.R.S.

As the former owner of The Place (a coffee shop and local hangout for teens) BRETT EDWARDS used his position of trust within the community to gain access to underage girls who would later become victims of his sick perversion and sexual exploitation. Brett Edwards has carefully manicured his online presence and company structure to scrub his perverted past.
